If you change your mind after having purchase then you have the right to return the product within 14 days after you have received it. The product must be returned without signs of use. The amount that you have payed minus the shipping costs will then be refunded.

 

warranty

If a product fails within 2 years of purchase and you have been using the product in a normal way then we will either repair, replace or refund the product. In case this happens please gather information how you have been using the product, when and how it failed. If there is any visible damage than take pictures. Then contact us so we can decide on how to best solve the problem.
